Important Conditions for Using Health Check-Up Services

1. The health check-up package is suitable only for outpatients (OPD) and individuals who can take care of themselves.
2. If the package includes a heart examination that involves an Exercise Stress Test (EST), the patient must be physically fit enough to run on a treadmill.
3. For safety and accurate results, you should refrain from eating, smoking, and consuming caffeinated beverages for at least 8-12 hours before the examination. Additionally, ensure you get adequate sleep and avoid heavy exercise on the day of the service.
4. The hospital does not permit changes to the items within the package or substitutions for other packages.
5. The costs do not include fees for specialist doctors, radiology tests, additional medical treatments, or medications prescribed by the doctor.
6. The hospital reserves the right to change the service conditions without prior notice.
7. Please present the coupon before receiving services. The hospital does not allow it to be exchanged for cash.
8. After paying for the health check-up package, please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance via email at Nuntapak_sut@Phyathai.com to confirm your service. Otherwise, the hospital reserves the right to refuse service.
